The Elia maisonette, named after the majestic olive tree ('elia') in front of the property, also sleeps 4 with a twin room above the living area and a double bedroom just a few steps down. It includes a bathroom, an open-plan living area with a large sofa, and a kitchen that leads to a lovely shaded outdoor dining area.

Welcome to the stunning western side of the property! Step out through the West entrance, whether it's through the charming garden gate by the lavender garden or one of the main car entrances, and discover the breathtaking steps carved into the rocks that lead you down to the sparkling crystal-clear waters. Relax in one of the two deck chairs and soak in the spectacular views after a refreshing swim! On calm days, the water is perfect for paddle boarding around the small island or snorkeling along the coastline, where you can marvel at the vibrant marine life that graces the shores
Eastern side of the property
On the Eastern side of the property, you'll discover the serene waters of Atherinos Bay. Villa Alafomiti features a large private pontoon, perfect for guests who rent boats during their holidays or have their own. It's an ideal spot for sunbathing by the sea while watching the daily boat movements, and it offers easy sea access for a refreshing dip to cool off in the summer heat!

Payments
We require a bank transfer of 50% of the total stay amount into the owners bank account to secure the reservation as soon as the booking is made. The 50% balance of the total amount to be transferred to the owners bank account one month before arrival to the villa. We require full payment via bank transfer if the booking is made less than 1 month before arrival. All reservations are considered confirmed, upon deposit receipt and confirmation by us.
